Whittington Creek

The Whittington Creek neighborhood was developed between 1990 – 2010 and is located off of Northshore Drive in West Knoxville. The neighborhood has over 400 large homes, many with basements and mostly constructed of brick. Whittington Creek is made up of many smaller neighborhoods that all come off the semi-circular Whitting Creek Boulevard. The neighborhood has lush, mature landscaping, and a popular feature of the neighborhood is the community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and basketball court.
